Nichole works alongside her husband, Luke Mischke who is also licensed with Coldwell Coldwell Banker Tomlinson and also certified in selling luxury properties. Together they are passionate about helping you realize your real estate dreams whether that's buying your first home, upgrading to a larger home, purchasing a second home, or investment property. They're here to help advise and negotiate on your behalf while making the process as smooth as possible!

A little about each of them: They met while shopping at Safeway back in 2006!  Luke's famous pick-up line that landed him a first-date while standing in the ice cream aisle was this, "Hey, you seem kinda cool. Would you like to go have a sandwich sometime?" (If you're single... maybe give it a try? Let us know if it worked!)

They have two children, a girl (13) and boy (6) and stay fairly busy keeping up with all the activities they like to participate in. 

Luke was born and raised just North of Spokane in Deer Park, WA. On his down time you will probably find him coaching one of his kids' sport's teams, on the golf course, or at the gym. At his core, he's an athlete at heart and even though he's pushing 40, you can still find him involved in adult leagues for volleyball, basketball, softball, football, and indoor soccer; he even still grabs his rollerblades and skateboard and hangs out at the local skateparks from time-to-time. What he loves most about the Spokane area are the four seasons that allow him to take to ski slopes in the winter and be on the water, boating in the Summer. 

Nichole has been in Spokane since 2006, originally coming to the area for college at Gonzaga University. Always having a passion for storytelling, she majored in broadcast journalism and worked in television news at the Spokane NBC affiliate station, KHQ, for 6 years before leaving in 2018 to start a storytelling platform called UNCOVERED where she produces short documentaries on people who are courageous enough to share their stories of overcoming toxic shame. Some of the stories she's told in the past highlight struggles we can all face as humans but often don't talk about, such as addiction, eating disorders, mental health struggles, suicide, domestic violence, sexual assault, etc... When not working in real estate, she continues to produce several stories a year for her platform and holds bi-annual screening events to premiere the stories she tells at Spokane's historic Garland Theater.

Professionally they both bring years of sales experience, customer service experience and marketing expertise to the table. Luke, in particular, is an exceptional negotiator with extensive knowledge and experience working to negotiate deals on behalf of his clients. Nichole brings the marketing experience to the table, using her creative writing, journalistic and storytelling skills, and digital marketing experience to showcase each home they list. 

They believe honesty is always the best policy and seek to work with clients who also appreciate fair and honest real estate transactions on both sides of the deal.
